Fade to Black Cocktail

5 Blackberries
2 oz Old St Pete Rum and Spice Rum
 ¾ oz Simple syrup
 ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
 1 Egg white
 1 teaspoon activated charcoal

 In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, and dry-shake (without ice) until the egg white turns foamy, for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
